RESOLUTION 26-023
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF FLOORING FOR SAINT
ANTHONY VILLAGE WINE & SPIRITS STORES
WHEREAS, as part of the Saint Anthony Village Wine & Spirits branding updates, which
include renovating both locations in addition to adding a cannabis retail at
Marketplace, both stores require new flooring; and
WHEREAS, staff has received quotes from three vendors to replace the flooring at both the
Marketplace and Silver Lake Village stores; and
WHEREAS, Carpet One is the apparent low bidder; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending contracting with Carpet One in the amount of $73,497.80.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota authorizes staff to contract with Carpet One for new flooring at Saint
Anthony Village Wine & Spirits Marketplace and Silver Lake Village stores in the amount of
$73,497.80.
