RESOLUTION 26-026
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUNDING FOR PHASE 1 OF POLICE
DEPARTMENT RENOVATIONS
WHEREAS, as part of the St. Anthony Police Department renovation project, a repurposing of
space is required to accommodate additional staff; and
WHEREAS, staff has received quotes from three vendors for the project; and
WHEREAS, Greiner Construction was the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends contracting with Greiner Construction for the following
amounts:
SQUAD ROOM & OFFICES: $149,898
FRONT OFFICE AREA: $26,574
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota authorizes staff to contract with Greiner Construction for Phase 1 of the
Police Department Renovation Project for the amounts detailed above.
