RESOLUTION 26-034
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR
SPRING LAKE PARK DIST. 16 YOUTH HOCKEY AT VILLAGE PUB
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village allows gambling licenses to
be issued within the city; and
WHEREAS, Spring Lake Park Dist. 16 Youth Hockey has applied for a lawful gambling
premises permit to conduct gambling activities at Village Pub; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statues, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires
approval by the local unit of government for such premises permits; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be consistent with applicable
local regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota approves the lawful gambling premises permit application submitted by
Spring Lake Park Dist. 16 for the premises of Village Pub.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to provide a copy of this
resolution to the Minnesota Gambling Control Board as required.
