RESOLUTION 26-035
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF CITY PROPERTY FOR A SPECIAL
EVENT ON JULY 30, 2026
WHEREAS, Lois Porfiri from the Hennepin County Library — Saint. Anthony, has submitted a
Special Event Permit to use city property near the St. Anthony Fire Station to host
a Llamas at the Library event on July 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the event is scheduled to take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, event attendance is estimated to exceed 100; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota approves the request from St. Anthony Library to use city property for a
Llamas at the Library event on July 30, 2026.
