RESOLUTION 26-041
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BID AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
2026 CITY-WIDE WATER METER REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan
for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement; and
Contractor Total Bid
Core & Main LP $1,259,708.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Core & Main LP of Eden Prairie, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village, Minnesota, hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Manager to enter
into a contract with Core & Main LP in the amount of $1,259,708.00 for the improvement
outlined in the above -referenced project, according to the plans and specifications approved by
the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
