CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-054 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ACCEPT A CONTRACT FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGERS <br />WHEREAS, the Saint Anthony Village City Council previously accepted the donation of two <br />(2) Level 2 Blink Series 7 Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers for public use; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff to pilot a public EV charging site at the Silver Lake <br />Village retail store; and <br />WHEREAS, staff solicited quotes from three electrical contractors for the installation of the <br />EV chargers and received two responsive bids; and <br />WHEREAS, after reviewing the submitted proposals, staff determined that the quote submitted <br />by True North Electric in the amount of $20,750 is the lowest responsible bid; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village, Minnesota, authorizes staff to accept the contract with True North Electric in <br />the amount of $20,750 for the installation of two (2) Level 2 Electric Vehicle chargers at the <br />Silver Lake Village retail store. <br />Approved this 1 Oth day of August, 2026. <br />e� <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City erk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy ebster, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
