CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-052 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF CENTRAL PARK FOR A SPECIAL <br />EVENT ON JULY 31 AND AUGUST 1 <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony VillageFest Inc. has submitted a Special Event Permit to use city <br />property to host VillageFest on July 31 and August 1, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested access for event set up on July 30, 2026 as well as <br />clean up on August 2, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the event will include a parade, block party, 5k run, vendor fair, live bands, beer <br />tent, food trucks, bouncy houses, petting zoo, bingo, silent auction, fireworks and <br />more. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint <br />Anthony Village, Minnesota, approves the request from St. Anthony VillageFest Inc. to host <br />VillageFest on July 31 and August 1, 2026 at Central Park. <br />Approved this 28th day of July, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />--04' eX <br />Nicole DeDeyn, City rk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy We ster, Mayor <br />G'L - <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
