RESOLUTION 26-052
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF CENTRAL PARK FOR A SPECIAL
EVENT ON JULY 31 AND AUGUST 1
WHEREAS, St. Anthony VillageFest Inc. has submitted a Special Event Permit to use city
property to host VillageFest on July 31 and August 1, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested access for event set up on July 30, 2026 as well as
clean up on August 2, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the event will include a parade, block party, 5k run, vendor fair, live bands, beer
tent, food trucks, bouncy houses, petting zoo, bingo, silent auction, fireworks and
more.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village, Minnesota, approves the request from St. Anthony VillageFest Inc. to host
VillageFest on July 31 and August 1, 2026 at Central Park.
