Night to Unite <br />Auust -t, 2026 <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association, AAA of Minnesota, and the <br />Saint Anthony Village Police Department are sponsoring a statewide crime and drug <br />prevention program on August 4, 2026 called "Night to Unite"; and <br />WHEREAS, this is the 18th Annual Night to Unite in Minnesota, and it provides a unique <br />opportunity for Saint Athony Village to join forces with hundreds of other <br />communities across Minnesota in promoting cooperative, police -community crime <br />and drug prevention efforts; and <br />WHEREAS, the. City of Saint. Anthony Village plays a vital role in assisting the Saint <br />Anthony Village Police Department through joint cringe and drug prevention efforts <br />in Saint Anthony Village and is supporting Night to Unite 2026 locally; and <br />WHEREAS, it is essential that all citizens of Saint Anthony Village be aware of the <br />importance of crime prevention programs and the impact their participation can <br />have on reducing crim and drug abuse in the City of Saint Anthony Village; and <br />WHEREAS, police and community together promoting neighborhood safety, <br />awareness and cooperation, are important themes ofthe Night to Unit program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Wendy Webster, Mayor of Saint Anthony Village, <br />have the distinct honor of proclairning <br />August 4, 2026 as Night to Unite Day <br />throughout Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota <br />Wendv Webster, Mayor <br />july 28, 2026 <br />
