RESOLUTION 26-060
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR
ORDINANCE 2026-03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony has enacted the above referenced
ordinance related to accessory buildings and establishing regulations for
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs); and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and
summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or chart; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the
public of the intent of Ordinance 2026-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village, Minnesota, approves the following summary of Ordinance 2026-03 to be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

AMENDING SECTION 154 OF THE CITY CODE RELATED TO ACCESSORY
BUILDINGS AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING
UNITS (ADDS)
The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village adopted Ordinance 2026-03 on September
8, 2026 amending section 154 of the City Code related to accessory buildings and establishing
regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, Saint Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver
Lake Road, Saint Anthony, MN 55418.
