RESOLUTION 26-061
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 3.2 OFF SALE MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
JERRY'S ENTERPRISES, INC. DBA CUB
WHEREAS, Cub Foods, located at 3930 Silver Lake Road NE, has historically been licensed
by the City of Saint Anthony Village for the off -sale of 3.2 percent malt liquor;
and
WHEREAS, ownership of the business is changing to Jerry's Enterprises, Inc., which will
continue to operate the business under the name Cub; and
WHEREAS, because the legal entity operating the business is changing, Jerry's Enterprises,
Inc. has submitted an application to the City for a new 3.2 Off Sale Malt Liquor
License for the premises located at 3930 Silver Lake Road NE; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application and recommends approval of the 3.2 Off
Sale Malt Liquor License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village, Minnesota, approves the 3.2 Off Sale Malt Liquor License for Jerry's
Enterprises, Inc., dba Cub, located at 3930 Silver Lake Road NE.
