RESOLUTION 26-062
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF POLICE DEPARTMENT
FURNITURE AS PART OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT RENOVATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has authorized the Phase 1 renovation of the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to secure furniture to add and replace outdated furniture for the
anticipated renovated spaces; and
WHEREAS, staff have received a quote of $112,250.88 from Henricksen; and
WHEREAS, the pricing is per the State purchasing contract and additional quotes are not
required; and
WHEREAS, funding for the project has been included in the City's Capital Improvement Plan,
with more than sufficient funds are available from a 2025 transfer of excess
General Fund balance designated for this renovation; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending contracting with Henricksen in the amount of $112,250.88.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village, Minnesota, authorizes staff to accept the contract with Henricksen for Police
Department renovation furniture in the amount of $112,250.88.
