RESOLUTION 26-065
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ENTER A CONTRACT WITH TC2
CONSULTANTS TO DEVELOP THE 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City must review and update its comprehensive plan by December 31, 2028 as
required by the decennial review provision of Minnesota Statutes section 473.864;
and
WHEREAS, the City released an RFP to receive proposals and conduct interviews with
qualified consultants; and
WHEREAS, the City has selected TC2 consultants and Mend Collaborative as subconsultants
to lead the 2050 Comprehensive Plan update and planning process; and
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes engagement, developing a city vision and goals as
well as drafting the plan to meet Metropolitan Council requirements; and
WHEREAS, the contract is anticipated begin in 2026 with services ending in 2028 following
the approval of the City's 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village, Minnesota, authorizes staff to enter a contract with TC2 to develop the 2050
Comprehensive Plan Update on behalf of the City.
