APPROVAL OF JANUARY 8, 2013, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson , to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of January 8, 2013. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />29 II. Swearing in of Officer Joseph Kauser. <br />Police Chief Ohl thanked the City Council for allowing him to continue the tradition of swearing <br />in the City 's Police Officers in front of the City Council. He stated Officer Kauser pursued his <br />criminal justice degree at Mankato State and became eligible for his peace officer license in 20 I 0 <br />and was selected among 150 applicants for the position in the Police Department. <br />Mayor Faust performed the swearing in of Police Officer Joseph Kauser and welcomed him to <br />the Police Department. <br />CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A.
