ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETfNG MfNUTES <br />JULY 9 , 2013 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance . <br />ROLLCALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Council members Gray, Jenson , Roth and Stille. <br />None. Absent: <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey. <br />Guest: Planning Commissioner Paul Cincoski. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF JULY 9, 2013, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson , to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of July 9, 2013. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS -NONE. <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Consider June 25, 2013, Council meeting minutes; <br />B. Consider licenses and permits; <br />C. Consider payment of claims; <br />D. Resolution 13-050; a Resolution Accepting a Grant on behalf of the St. Anthony Village <br />Fire Department from the University of Minnesota in the amount of $3,000; and <br />E. Resolution 13-051; a Resolution Accepting Reimbursement Funds from the Mississippi <br />Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) for the Capital Project Agreement in the <br />amount of$13,208.25. <br />Motion by Council member Jenson , seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING -NONE. <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF.
