RESOLUTION 14-015
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
FOR THE 2014 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has
been prepared with reference to the improvements:
2014 Street and Utility Improvement Project
This project consists of street, sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage improvements in the
following locations:
• Penrod Lane from %'h Avenue NE to 37h Avenue NE
• Edgemere Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Road NE
• Wendhurst Avenue from Penrod Lane to Chelmsford Road NE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of
the improvements of $2,191,741.08.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 25`h day of
February 2014, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
improvements to be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart
and at least three days prior to the hearing.
