RESOLUTION 14-032
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE FUNDS FROM
HENNEPIN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT FOR THE IN PAVEMENT
LED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AT KENZIE TERRACE
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony Village has requested and received funding for the
installation of an In Pavement LED Pedestrian Crossing of Hennepin County Road 153, Kenzie
Terrace at Pentagon Drive,
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Cooperative Agreement No. PW 07-10-14 to provide
partial funding for the In Pavement LED Crossing of Kenzie Terrace,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
Village that the City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to enter into Cooperative
Agreement with Hennepin County and to accept the funds for and on behalf of the City of St.
Anthony Village in the amount of $50,000 for the Kenzie Terrace In Pavement LED Pedestrian
Crossing.
Adopted this 13'h day of May, 2014.
