RESOLUTION 14-033
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE KENZIE TERRACE IN PAVEMENT LED
PEDESTRIAN CROSSING PROJECT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING SOLICITATION OF QUOTES
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of WSB & Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and
specifications for the Kenzie Terrace In -Pavement LED Pedestrian Crossing,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1.) Such improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible.
2.) Such plans and specifications are hereby approved.
3.) The anticipated construction cost will not exceed $100,000.
4.) The City authorizes WSB & Associates to solicit quotes for the In Pavement LED Pedestrian
crossing at Pentagon Drive.
5.) The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute a contract to construct these
improvements with the selected contractor.
