I. APPROVAL OF APRIL 8, 2014, H.R.A. AGENDA. 15

Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the April 8, 17
2014, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. 18

Motion carried unanimously. 20
II. CONSENT AGENDA. 21

Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent 23
Agenda, which consisted of: 24

A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 11, 2014; and 26

V. STAFF REPORTS. 34

Executive Director Casey announced the opening of Minneapolis Drafting Services at 3055 Old 36
Highway 8 and welcomed them to the community. He advised that the City issued a building 37
permit today to Mintahoe for over one million dollars at 2850 Anthony Lane for the build-out of 38
a food processing operation for caterers and congratulated them on their investment and 39
welcomed them to the community. 40
