City of Falcon Heights <br />City Council Minutes <br />Apri126, 2000 <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gehrz at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Gehrz, Hustad, Kuettel, Lindstrom, Talbot. Also present: Heather <br />Worthington, City Administrator, Kristina Thompson, Staff Engineer with <br />Howard R. Green Co. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM: There was no one present wishing to speak <br />MINUTES: The minutes of April 12, 2000 were approved. <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Councilmember Lindstrom moved to approve the following consent agenda. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />1. General disbursements <br />• 2. Licenses <br />3. Request to approve seal coating bid from Pearson Brothers, Inc. <br />4. Request to accept proposals for the sale of the 1979 and 1989 Ford ambulances <br />5. Request to accept low bid for the purchase of new helmets and fronts for the Fire <br />Department <br />6. Request to approve the donation of one soil shredding machine manufactured by <br />Lindig Manufacturing, Inc. in Falcon Heights, c. 1940 <br />7. Designation of City Administrator as City Clerk <br />8. Designated signors for orders drawn on city funds <br />ADJOURN <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. to a workshop. <br />WORKSHOP <br />The workshop dealt with a discussion of redevelopment concepts for the <br />Larpenteur/Snelling area.
