• City of Falcon Heights <br />City Council Minutes <br />January 26, 2000 <br />Mayor Gehrz called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Gehrz, Kuettel, Lindstrom, Talbot <br />Also present: Susan Hoyt, city administrator, Terry Maurer, city engineer, <br />Pat Phillips, deputy clerk <br />ABSENT: Hustad <br />COMMUNITY FORUM: There was no one wishing to speak at the forum. <br />MINUTES OF JANUARY 5, 2000 <br />The minutes of the January 5, 2000 meeting were approved. <br />Councilmember Kuettel moved approval of the following consent agenda including item <br />8 which was an addendum. The motion passed unanimously. <br />• CONSENT AGENDA: <br />1. General disbursements and payroll <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Appointment of Joe Krajewski to the fire department <br />4. Request to reject ambulance bids and re-advertise the sale of two ambulances <br />5. Reappointment of Donna Daykin to the Park and Recreation Commission <br />6. Authorization to advertise for apart-time recreation director <br />7. Consideration of Resolution 00-02 to renew the lawful gambling registration for <br />Community Charities of Minnesota <br />8. Appointment of building official Greg Schmit as interim fire inspector <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Mayor Gehrz introduced the new assistant to the city administrator, Heather <br />Worthington, to the council. Heather received a warm welcome and indicated she was <br />happy to be a part of the staff. <br />POLICY AGENDA <br />Proposed agreement with Ramsey County and resolution 00-04 aPprovin~ the feasibility <br />• study and ordering the improvement and assessment hearings for Larpenteur Avenue <br />
