• City of Falcon Heights <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />Minutes of August 25, 1999 <br />Mayor Gehrz called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. <br />Present: Gehrz, Gibson Talbot, Jacobs, Kuettel, Administrator Hoyt <br />Absent: Hustad <br />Community Forum: <br />Second Assistant Fire Chief Sheltie Marvin of 1818 W. Larpenteur said that she had <br />received several phone calls from fire/rescue personnel indicating that they would <br />consider leaving the department if the EMS were dissolved. <br />Minutes of Au,_~,ust 4, 1999 <br />The August 4, 1999 minutes were approved. <br />• Consent A eg nda: <br />An addendum was added to the consent agenda as Item No. 3. <br />1. General disbursements and payroll <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Scheduling September 1 budget workshop at 7:00 p.m. and council meeting at 8:00 <br />p.m. <br />Councilmember Kuettel moved approval of the consent agenda. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Policy A eg nda: <br />Consideration of Resolution 99-18 subdividing a lot at 1795 No. Fairview Avenue <br />into two lots. <br />The request to subdivide one lot at 1795 N. Fairview into two lots, retaining a lot on <br />Fairview Avenue and creating a new lot on the north end of Lindig Street was made by <br />property owners Kevin and Felicia Busch at 1804 Lindig St. Councilmember Jacobs <br />moved approval of Resolution 99-18. The motion passed unanimously. <br />• Consideration of ordinance 99-05 amending Section 9-2.03 and 9-2.05 of the zoning <br />code requiring a lot to have frontage on a public street prior to development. <br />
