CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR MEETING/WORKSHOP OF CITY COUNCIL <br />MINUTES OF JUNE 30, 1999 <br />• <br />,7 <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Gehrz. <br />PRESENT: Gehrz, Gibson Talbot, Hustad, Jacobs, Kuettel, <br />Administrator Hoyt <br />COMMUNITY FORUM: <br />There was no one wishing to take advantage of the community forum. <br />MINUTES OF JUNE 9, 1999 <br />Minutes were approved by unanimous consent <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Councilmember Gibson Talbot moved approval of the following consent agenda. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />1. General disbursements and payroll <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Awarding of contract for tree removal and incidental tree trimming for 1999 <br />4. Approval of the Falcon Heights Fire Relief Association By-Laws <br />The meeting adjourned to workshop at 7:05 P.M. <br />WORKSHOP <br />The mayor and councilmembers discussed the financial constraints facing the <br />EMS service provided by the city with representatives of the fire department. <br />The workshop concluded with the council directing the administrator to have the <br />auditor and, if necessary, a financial consultant look at the current and future <br />status of the fund. <br />The workshop adjourned at 8:45 PM. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Susan Hoyt <br />Recording Secretary <br />~- <br />Susan L.
