<br />explaining that p~~rsuant to i~_i.nnesota Statutes 59.21 ali interest of
<br />American Shelter Corporation in the Charles J. T?avvkins Estate~R,osehill
<br />?ursery has been cane ;lied. :Further, them are no other contractual
<br />arran~_Te,nerts to sell the p~~oport;r to ~'~merican Shelter Corporation at this
<br />time. The .state has not ?ermulated any future development plans for the
