<br />at 730 P.M. b9 Mayor Warkentien.

<br />Councilmember Chsstovich moved, seconded by Councilor®bsr Larson, that
<br />the Consent Agsada be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />Couacilmember Chestovich moved, seconded by Councilmeeaber Larson, that the
<br />Miautss of May 25, 1983, be approved with the following corrections: (1)
<br />Page 1, Paragraph 8, Line 3, should read +'6.118 teats per net square foot++,
<br />(2) Page 3, Paragraph 5, liaea 2, 3 and 1t should read "if the ~a~~~~-
<br />msnta are based on the gross square feet, it would be 9.40 ce:tts per foot
<br />sad if assessed on the net square Pest, it would be b.lt8 teats per foot",
<br />and (3) Page Il, Paragraph 1, line 3, add "(6.18 testa per square foot)++
<br />after the words ++aet basis++. Motion carried unanimously.
<br />A variance request from David Reach, 1809 AsburJ, to construct a privacy DAVID RffiCH,
<br />feats oa his property was pressnted. Following a short discussion, Council- 1809 ASBURY
<br />member Cieraia moved, seconded by Couacilmaanbsr Larson, that the variance VARIANCE FOR
<br />be approved as recommended by the Pleasing Commiaaion at th• June 6th FENCE
<br />mssting. Notice carried uaaaimously. APPROVED
<br />A •ariaace request from Charles W. Larson, 1725 Aroaa, to construct a
<br />garage five feet frooi the lot lin• Was presented by Mayor Warkentiera.

<br />the variance be greeted as rscomrnsndsd by the Platuting Commisaiea at
<br />the Juae 6, 1983 meeting. Motion carried unaaimouslsr.
<br />Mayor Warkentien presented a variaac• request from Mr. sad Mrs. Norbert
<br />Hermes, owners of the Falcon Shopping Center, tc~ coatinus use of a three
<br />sided sign at+~p one building is the tester. Councilmeaber Ciernia ex-
<br />plained that the Planning Comn3.saimn, at the June 6th meeting, thoroughly
<br />discussed the request sad recommended that the variance be granted frith
