CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF APRIL 24, 1996 <br />Mayor Gehrz called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />PRESENT <br />Mayor Gehrz, councilmembers Gibson Talbot, Jacobs and Kuettel. Also present <br />was administrator Hoyt. <br />ABSENT <br />Councilmember Hustad. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There was no one wishing to be heard. <br />MINUTES OF MARCH 27, 1996 AND APRIL 10, 1996 <br />Minutes were approved by unanimous consent. <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br />Kirk Brown of the Twin Cities Tree Trust presented the mayor and city forester, <br />Linda Treeful, with a plaque in recognition of the city's 1995 tree planting and <br />educational activities. <br />CONSENT <br />Upon unanimous consent, item C-8 was added to the consent agenda. <br />1. Disbursements <br />a. General Disbursements through 4/18,96, $95,440.50 <br />b. Payroll, 3/16/96 to 3/31/96, $10,622.47 <br />c. Payroll, 4/1/96 to 4/15/96, $12,837.80 <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Approval of fire department purchase <br />4. Commission liaison assignments <br />5. Donation to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) <br />6.
