L! <br />1 <br />1 <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 29, 1976 <br />A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Steele. Also present <br />were Clerk-Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kenefick. <br />Councilman Labalestra arrived at 8:16 p.m. <br />None. <br />PRESENT <br />ABSENT <br />/3 7 <br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman 31ack to approve, as APPROVAL OF <br />corrected, the minutes of December 9, 1976. Upon a vote being taken the MINUTES OF <br />following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklund and DECEMBER 9, 1976 <br />Steele and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to approve the APPROVAL OF <br />items on the Consent Agenda as follows: CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Basic Casualty Reports, Nos. 95 and 96. <br />2. NFPCA Casualty Reports, Nos. 9? and 99. <br />3. Basic Field Incident Reports, idos . 9H, 100, 1~7. anc? 102 <br />~.. Ramsey County Sheriff's Report, November, 1976. <br />5. General disbursements in the amount of $31,580.06. <br />b. Sinking Fund disbursements in the amount of $639.09• <br />7. Liquor disbursements in the amount of $20,175.85. <br />8. General payroll (12/1-15/76) in the amount of $3,1~1~5.86. <br />9. Liquor payroll (12/1-15/76) in the amount of $1,717.68. <br />10. General payroll (12/16-31/76) in the amount of $3,732.33• <br />11. Liquor payroll (12/16-31/76) in the amount of $1,767.65. <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Ecklund, Black and Steele and the following voted "nay": <br />None. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Mayor Warkentien, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to adopt ORDINANCE #154 <br />Ordinance #1511, Uniform Fire Code Revisions. FIRE CODE <br />REVISIONS <br />ORDINANCE #151 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #11~1~., RELATING TO THE <br />ADOPTION OF THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO. <br />The Ordinance provides the Fire Chief with the authority to establish a <br />Fire Prevention Bureau, designate a Fire Marshall and give the Chief <br />authority to exercise Powers of Police Officer and inspect all buildings <br />and premises. <br />
