MINUTF,S OF NEGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />NOVr3~lBER 11, 1971 <br />3108 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Council was called to order by Mayor Warken- <br />tien at 7:30 P.M. November 11, 1971. <br />PIi.ESENT: Mayor Trlarkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Stone. Also present were <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed. <br />ABS~i`P: Councilman Taylor. <br />MINUTES: Motion by Councilman Stone, seconded by Mayor Warkentien <br />to table the minutes of the special meeting of September <br />30, 1971 until mee~€ing of November 2l~, 1971. Motion <br />carried. <br />Motion by CounciLnan Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black <br />to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held October <br />28, 1971 with the following amendments: <br />Page 1, sixth paragraph shall. read, <br />Larry Blackstad of the University of Minnesota presented <br />an analysis of several recreational site proposals. <br />Councilman Black moved that the Village Attorney be direct- <br />ed to draw up anagreement to be executed by Mayor Warken- <br />tien in behalf of the Village for said tract of land for <br />park purposes. Tract 3 as proposed, known as Exhibit "A" <br />on file in the Clerk-Administrator's office.
