3015 <br />1 <br />NiH:ETING OF OCTOBER 8, 1970 <br />The regular meeting of October 8, 1970 was called to order at 7:00 P.M. with the <br />following members present: Twiayor ti7arkentien, Clerk Taylor, Councilmen Black, Ecklund <br />and Stone. Also present was Engineer Lemberg. Attorney Seed arrived at 7:30 P.M.' <br />I•iinutes: Ecklund moved that the minutes of the September 2~., 1970 <br />meeting be approved as corrected.
