2276 <br />REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 11, 1965 <br />The regular meeting was called to order with the following members presents <br />Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist Trustee Black. Also present was Attorney <br />Galvin. Absents Trustees Warkentien and Black, also Engineer Lemberg. <br />Mr. D. W.Thompson of the Minneapolis Star was present. <br />Minutes: Stone moved, Strandquist seconded that the minutes of <br />the July 1J~ meeting be approved. Ayes: All. Nayss None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Stone moved, Nilsen seconded that the minutes of the <br />July 28 meeting be approved. Ayes: All. Nays: None. <br />Lotion carried. <br />Nilsen moved, Stone seconded that the minutes of the <br />special meeting of August !~ be approved. Ayes: All. <br />Nays: None. Motion carried. <br />Licensees Strandquist moved, Stone seconded that the following licenses <br /> to sell Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquors -On Sale, be issueda <br />Non-Intoxicating #79 William S. Motion carried. <br />Correspondences <br />Engineer Lembergts letter of August 11., 1965 stated that <br />Proposed Northeast meeting was held on Thursday, August 5 with Roseville <br />Area Storm Surer engineers and Ramsey County representatives regarding the <br />Improvement 65 is Proposed Northeast Storm Sewer Improvement 65-1. <br />Ramsey County Frank Paskewitz' letter of August 3, expressed appreciation <br />Historical on behalf of the Ramsey County Historical Society for the <br />Society: consideration given by the Council and the Planning <br />Commission to its request to place a one-room country <br />school house on the grounds. <br />Decals: Strandquist moved, Stone seconded that six more decals <br />be purchased at $8.60 apiece. Ayes: All. Nayss None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Squad Car Accident Strandquist introduced the following resolution and <br />July 15, 1965: moved its adoptions <br />{'AS, a claim of Angela and Arthur LaBeau against <br />the Village of Falcon Heights has been received, and <br />WHEREAS, said claim has been considered by the Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />
