2353 <br />SPECIAL MEETING HELD MARCH 30, 1966 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on March 30, 1966 at 7x00 P.M. The following members were presents <br />Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Trustees Black, Stone and Warkentien. Also <br />present were Treasurer Olsen and Attorney Galvin. <br />Northeast Area. Storm Black introduced the following resolution and <br />Sewer Improvement moved its adoptions <br />65 1 (66 1)s <br />WHEREAS, bids were called for March 30, 1966 <br />pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />Northeast Area Storm Sewer Improvement 65-1 (66-1), and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has not as <br />yet executed the point agreement between the <br />Village of Falcon Heights and the Village of <br />Roseville, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Falcon Heights <br />has not been able to determine the responsibility <br />of one or more of the bidders on said contract, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that no <br />action be taken on the bids until the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting of the council or <br />until a special meeting called for the purpose <br />of accepting a bid. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Stone <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, Black, Stone, <br />Warkentien and Strandquist, and the following <br />voted against the lames None. Whereupon said <br />resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />Special Meeting Calleds Nilsen moved, seconded by Warkentien that a <br />special meeting be scheduled for Monday evening, <br />April ~., 1966 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village rooms <br />for the propose of taking action on the bids <br />which were received and opened for the Northeast <br />Area Storm Sewer Improvement 65-1 (66-1).
