T~Zinutes: Stone moved, seconded by Black that the minutes of the meeting of April 13, 1967. be approved as submitted. Ayes: All. Nays:.,. None. Llotion was carried. Correspondence; 1Y. R. UtAcht's letter under date of April 21, 1967 stated that Crovrn Oil Company was responsible for a sizeable Oil spilled quantity of oil that'svas permitted to flow into the alley. in alley behind Clerk vras instructed to send copy ,of letter to Crown Oil l~.t~6 hest Company along yvith letter advising that Village Engineer Larpenteurs and maintenance department have been instructed to accomplish the necessar~r repairs to the alley behind 1l~46 J'dest Larpenteur Avenue, and the bill for such repairs vrill be for~rarded to them. Driveway at Paul C. Thomas, Attorney for h3r. and:'1!'Yrs Jack Ziegler, 1386 Vlest 1386 ~~test Idaho, stated in his letter of April 20 that a Idaho: portion of the drivevray at the above address has gone to pieces since Vic Loeffler, T.'Iinneapolis installed same. Thomas is having difficulty in getting same repaired by installer and inquired as to bond requirements in this Village. Clerk was instructed to wrrite Loeffler advising he was in violation of ordinance.. in not obtaining building permit and that complaint is being issued. Overhead Door in During fire drill on April 25, one overhead door facing Fire Department Larpenteur Avenue was-extensively damaged vrhen fire truck Damaged; was erroneously put in reverse gear. The following three proposals were submitted and reviewed by the Council: Overhead Door Co. Crawford Door Sales Co. Allied Overhead Door, Inc. X267.00 installed plus X27.00 for automatic opening device 255.00 plus ~~.0 for automatic opening device :212.00 installed plus q~~.~.00 for automatic opening device 1'~Ioved by Stone, seconded by Black that inasmuch as the present door is a product of the Overhead Door Company, the Council authorize purchase from Overhead Door Company, 3100 N. E. California St., T~Iinneapolis a.t a cost of 3267.00 which does not include,-the automatic opening device.. Ayes: A11. Nays: None. Iriotion was carried.
