UtAcht's letter under date of April 21, 1967 stated <br /> that Crovrn Oil Company was responsible for a sizeable <br />Oil spilled quantity of oil that'svas permitted to flow into the alley. <br />in alley behind Clerk vras instructed to send copy ,of letter to Crown Oil <br />l~.t~6 hest Company along yvith letter advising that Village Engineer <br />Larpenteurs and maintenance department have been instructed to <br /> accomplish the necessar~r repairs to the alley behind <br /> 1l~46 J'dest Larpenteur Avenue, and the bill for such repairs <br /> vrill be for~rarded to them. <br />Driveway at Paul C. Thomas, Attorney for h3r. and:'1!'Yrs Jack Ziegler, <br />1386 Vlest 1386 ~~test Idaho, stated in his letter of April 20 that a <br />Idaho: portion of the drivevray at the above address has gone to <br />pieces since Vic Loeffler, T.'Iinneapolis installed same. <br />Thomas is having difficulty in getting same repaired by <br />installer and inquired as to bond requirements in this <br />Village. The following three <br />proposals were submitted and reviewed by the Council: <br />Overhead Door Co. <br />Crawford Door Sales Co. <br />Allied Overhead Door, Inc. <br />X267.00 installed plus X27.00 <br />for automatic opening device <br />255.00 plus ~~.0 for automatic <br />opening device <br />:212.00 installed plus q~~.~.00 <br />for automatic opening device <br />1'~Ioved by Stone, seconded by Black that inasmuch as the <br />present door is a product of the Overhead Door Company, <br />the Council authorize purchase from Overhead Door Company, <br />3100 N.
