<br />'layor Nilsen moved that the bids be referred to the Engineer for tab-
<br />elation and recommendation, and tha±. the Village Attorney check all
<br />bids for all legal aspects and report to the Council at its Meeting
<br />at 7s00 P. ?d?., July lJ~th. Seconded by Utecht and carried.
<br />r;Iessrs. A. Anderson ?nd P.. Sanders of Juran & ?4oody were present.
<br />Attorney Graham advised we would need about `35,000. in September for
<br />laying the main, 515,000. in September for work the Cit~T of St. Paul
<br />would do, and X35,000. to cover the remainder of the work in October.
<br />After discussion, it ~,Tas determined that 20 year bonds would be the
<br />most satisfactory method of financing, ~'tr. Sanders estimated ~..5
<br />as the -naximum interest rate. Sanders will inform Graham if it appears
<br />that there will be any marked change in the bond market,
