<br />REGULAR P~~EETING AUGUST 10th, 1961.
<br />Meeting was called to order at 7 P. M., the following Council Members being
<br />presents Harold C. Nilsen, Mayor; George Shavor, Trustee; Paul Coppini, Trustee;
<br />Y~. A. Mortenson, Clerk. Also present were Attorney M. Galvin, and Ethel E. White,
<br />Deputy Clerk and Deputy Treasurer. Absent: Willis VTarkentien, Trustee and Wm.
<br />E. Olsen, Treasurer.
<br />The Minutes of July 27th were approved as submitted.
<br />Licenses: A11 requirements having been met, it was moved by Nilsen,
<br />seconded by Shavor and unanimously voted to issue Master
<br />Plumbing Plumber's License #73 to Jos. Ikhaml, Peoples Plumbing and
<br />Heating Co., 1144 Arcade St., St. Paul, 6, Minnesota.
<br />Beer It was moved by Mortenson and seconded by Nilsen that the
<br />following beer licenses be approved for the State Fair:

<br />Block 35, Building #351 (Beer Garden) Commornnrealth and Underwood,
<br />State Fair Grounds.

<br />Ceppn`_requested a roll-call vote, and upon such a vote being

<br />Mrs. Edward ~~.4rs. Molkenthin appeared before the Council to ask if she could
<br />Molkenthin, sell her 41' lot (#19 Cables Addition, Block 8} for building
<br />1397 W. Hoyt purposes, stating her opinion that a small house, about 2b',
<br />could be built on the lot without appearing crowded. Mayor
<br />Nilsen advised it would be referred to the Planning Commission
<br />for their opinion and the Council would advise her later.
