Absent: Charles P, Stone, Trustee; and 'J~illis <br />Warkentien, Trustee. <br />It was moved by Shavor, seconded by P1lortenson and voted that the i~iinutes of <br />April 9, 1962 be approved as submitted. <br />It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor and voted that the Minutes of April <br />18th be anvroved as submitted. <br />License: All requirements having been met, it was moved by Nilsen, seconded <br />by Shavor and voted to issue Toaster Plumbers License #79 to James <br />P, Reilly, dba T. J. Reilly Plumbing & Heating, Inc., 908 Edmund <br />Avenue, St. Paul, fit, Minnesota. <br />Variance, After discussion, it was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Pdortenson <br />Donker: and voted to anr~rove the following resolution for variance: <br />WHEREAS, John D. Donker is the owner of the certain real estate <br />in the Village of Falcon Heights described as the middle 5 acres <br />of the North (?) of the West (~) of the East 60 acres of the <br />Southwest (-~,) of Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, except South <br />1125 feet subject to roads, and <br />WHEREAS, the said John D. Donker has submitted an application <br />for variance and Raid the requisite fee to the zoning administrator <br />of Falcon Heights, and <br />WHEP~EAS, there are practical difficulties.or t~articular hardships <br />in carrying out the strict requirements of Ordinance No. 64, known <br />as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, particularly with reference to the minimum frontage of <br />90 feet required for corner lots, <br />NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, that a variance permit is <br />granted for the above described real estate, and John D. Donker is <br />authorized to split the above described prouerty into two (2) lots, <br />the northern lot to have a frontage of 83.7 feet on Tatum Street and <br />1~j0.25 feet on Roselawn Avenue, and the Southern lot to have 75 feet <br />frontage on Tatum Street and a depth of lIt0.25 feet, as is more <br />fully shown in the drawing prepared by Charles 0, !'=eorgie Company, <br />Registered Land Surveyor, which is on file with the Village Clerk <br />and made a part hereof by reference. <br />1 <br />Court The Deputy Clerk was instructed to send the City of Vdhite Beer Lake <br />Costs: a check for °15.00 to cover cost of trial on ticket #l~662, with the <br />request tha+„ they sign the verified account form and return same to us. <br />Sewer The Deputy Clerk was instructed to write the resident at 1592 Maple <br />Knoll Drive advising him of the necessity of hooking up to the sewer. <br />
