Derde was present to represent the League of <br /> Women Voters. <br />Skating Rink on Univer- A fourth skating rink in the Village of Falcon <br />sity Property: weights is being proposed on property formerly <br /> occupied by Quonset outs on the University Farm. <br /> The University has no funds available for such a <br /> project and reoluests relief from any liability <br /> if a rink is to be developed. An agreement is <br /> being drawn up between Attorney Galvin of the <br /> Village of Falcon Neiahts and Attorney Tierney <br /> of the University of ''inn. to license the Village <br /> and grant rights for a recreation area. A?o <br /> warming house titi~ill be available at this time, but <br /> the University will prepare the ground vrith the <br /> "'maintenance and surervision'" up to the Village <br /> or its duly delegated representatives. <br />It was moved by Stone and seconded by Shavor <br /> that the ^~a,yor and Clerk enter into such an <br /> agreement tivith the University. The extent of <br /> the contribution by the Village to be flooding <br /> of the rink, when necessary. <br />?~=aaster Plumbers License: All requirements have beer. met, moved by <br />"lortenson, seconded by 'u~arkentien, that the <br />"aster Plumbers license of 'a'im. Neihart be <br />approved - Passed. <br />Sunday Ot~ening: The matter of '"Sunday Opening"' was discussed due <br />to the inquiry by Flower City as to whether they <br />could be open on Sunday until Christmas.
