MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 28, 1987 <br />Baldwin called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Chenoweth, Wallin, Hard, Ciernia, and Baldwin. Also present were Wiessner <br />and S. Chenoweth. <br />MINUTES OF OCTOBER 14, 1987 APPROVED <br />Council approved the Minutes of October 14, 1987 as presented. <br />ADDENDUM TO AGENDA <br />Council added the following item to the agenda: F(3) Request from Shaun <br />Baldwin, 1716 Albert, that Council consider promoting a city sponsored <br />Little League Baseball Team. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following consent agenda as presented. <br />1. <br />2 <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />Fire and Ambulance Reports <br />Disbursements through October 28, 1987 $68,274.23 <br />Payroll 10/1/87 - 10/15/87 $ 9,282.25 <br />Briggs & Morgan Statement through September, 1987 <br />Prosecutor's Statement for June, July and August, 1987 <br />Ramsey County Sheriff's Report for September, 1987 <br />Licenses <br />LIZABETH L. BOGER, 1469 W. IDAHO, APPOINTED TO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION <br />Hard moved the appointment of Lizabeth L. Boger to the Human Rights <br />Commission to complete the term of Catherine Stiney, such term to expire <br />December 31, 1988. Motion carried unanimously. <br />1982 FORD SQUAD CAR WITH RADIO TO BE SOLD TO JIM FULLER FOR $500.00 <br />Council briefly discussed an offer from Jim Fuller to purchase the old <br />squad car and radio for $500.00, after which they agreed to the sale with <br />the understanding he accept it "as is". <br />REQUEST FROM SHAUN BALDWIN THAT CITY SPONSOR LITTLE LEAGUE TEAM - SOCIAL <br />STUDIES EXERCISE <br />Council assisted Shaun Baldwin, 1716 Albert, with a social studies project <br />by discussing his request that the city sponsor a Little League team. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:59 P.M. <br />Tom Baldwin, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Sh ley Chenoweth, Council Secretary <br />75 <br />
