Rowley, Deputy Clerk <br />The special meeting of the Council was called to order at 2:l~0 p.m. by Mayor pro tem, <br />George Shavor. In the absence-of the deputy clerk, the minutes were recorded by Art <br />Lindig. Shavor read a waiver of notice from Lynn Matteson, Mayor, of the meeting and <br />a consent to the agreement with the Village of Roseville to inventory the VfTard LaFrance <br />pumper at X9,000. The revised fire equipment inventory dated July 1, 19l~9 of the ap- <br />praisers of the fire equipment formerly belonging to Town of Rose and naw belonging to <br />Resolution re fire #~e_;ViiZages~~ditRos~~sil~.e}v.Facon..H~ights and Lauderdale was <br />equipment inventory considered. Upon motion of Rysgaard, seconded by Shavor, the <br />following resolution was adopted: <br />RESOLVED, that the Fire Equipment Inventory dated July 1, <br />19l~9 showing a total va~.uation of ~23,51~7.68 be and it hereby <br />is approved, <br />RESOLVID FURTHER, that the proposed division of the above <br />amount as follows: <br />Village of Roseville (59%) $13,893.13 <br />Town of Rose (l~l~) 9,651.55 <br />#23, 5>.~7.68 <br />The Town of Rose share to be further divided as follows: <br />Village of Lauderdale (24.9) 2,l~03.98 <br />Village of Falcon Heights (75.1%) 7,250.57 <br />~ 9~~ <br /> <br />1 <br />be and it hereby is approved. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that the delivery to the Village of <br />Falcon Heights of equipment shown on the said inventory includ- <br />ing the 500 gallon fire engine, of a total value of <br />X10,877.55, to be used by the Village of Falcon Heights to <br />set up its fire department, be and it hereby is approved, and <br />that the excess of this value over the Town of Rose share of <br />the equipment, X1,223.00 be paid on or before August 1, 1949• <br />Resolution re Upon motion of Rysgaard, seconded by Lindig, the following <br />mutual cooperation resolution was eldopted. <br />between Roseville RESOLVED, that the Village of Falcon Heights hereby agrees <br />and Falcon Heights that, until delivery of the new pumper ordered by the Village <br />Fire Departments of Roseville and upon request of the Chief or officer in <br /> charge of the Roseville Fire Department, it will send the 500 <br /> gal. fire engine with a driver and one man to fires in the <br /> Village of Roseville, without charge; this agreement to be <br /> conditioned upon the agreement of the Village of Roseville <br /> for the same period upon the request of the. Chief or officer <br /> in charge of the Falcon Heights Fire Department, to send its, <br /> tank truck with a driver and one man to fires in the Villages <br /> of Falcon Heights and Lauderdale, without charge. <br />Adjournment Upon motion, the meeting adjo :00 .m. <br />Approved: epu y C <br />
