Shavor, Trustee <br />J,rthur A• Lindig, Trustee <br />John R• ttysgaard, Trustee <br />The meeting was veld at L,jnn I~,;atteson~ s home at 1:00 p.m. <br />I,~ayor Matteson presented to the Council a letter received fron our <br />1lttorney, Frank N. Graham, enclosing a copy of an order denying the <br />motionfor temporary injunction and dissolving restraining order in <br />the case of Harry I!. Dunham, Plaintiff vx. Village of Falcon Heights. <br />The request of ~~~r. F• Stepnitz and others to have property located <br />along bona between Larpenteur and Idaho, desis~nated as Parcel A and <br />Parcel B, rezoned f'ro;n Residence:~str. A. -;o Residence C in accordance <br />with the plat attached to the request, vvas ,:-liven consideration. <br />After discussion and consideration, Lindig introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />P~1SOLVED that the request of V;. F. Stepnitz and others dated ITovem- <br />ber 7, 1919 recjuesting that Parcel A (the south 150 feet of the north <br />3:9.5 feet, .except the west 506.5 feet, of the N.'t~ of the IILV~ of the <br />r^"i of Section 22, Township 2, P,ange 23) be rezoned front ~esdsnce- <br />I~.t.•A to Residence District C be and it hereby is denied. Trustee <br />Shavor seconded the motion for the adoption of said resolutior. and on <br />the same being put to the meeting the following vote was had and taken: <br />Ayes - Matteson, Shavor, Lindig, I?ysgaard <br />days - Tlone <br />Thereupon the 24ayor declared the resolution du3:y adopted. <br />After consideration of the rezoning of Parcel B, Matteson introduced <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption: R1a;SOLVED that the <br />petition of tiV. F. Stepnitz and others dated T?ovember 7, 199 request- <br />ing that Parcel B (that part of the PNT4 of the 1IVJ-4 of the IN~4 of Sec- <br />tion 22, ~i'wp. 2°, Range 23 described as follows: beginning at a point <br />on the east line of the aforesaid described fraction of Section 22, <br />a distance of 355.5 feet south of the NE corner thereof, then south <br />on said east line to a point distant~150 feet Werth. of the SE corner <br />of said fraction, thence west and parallel to the south line of said <br />fraction to a point 359.5 feet east of the west line of said section <br />22, thence north and parallel to the west line of said Section 22 <br />to a point 359.5 feet south of the north =line of said Section 22, <br />thence east to the point of beginning subject to public streets and <br />highways) be rezoned from Residence District A to Residence District <br />C be and it hereby is denied.
