Ralph Van Hoven, Treasurer <br />The Mayor declared the hearing open at ?: 30 P.M. and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard. No one appeared before the Council. After discussion <br />by the Council, and on recommendation of the Planning Committee, as presented by <br />Mr. Gallaher, that the rezoning be granted, Trustee Shavor moved the adoption of <br />"Ordinance No. 11, An Ordinance Amending The Zoning Map which is a Part of <br />Ordinance No. 8." Seconded by Lindig, and the following vote taken and recorded: <br />Ayes: Henry, Shavor, Lindig., ,Rekstad, Stewart <br />Nays: None <br />Thereupon the Mayor declared said ordinance duly adopted by a unanimous vote and <br />directed publication of sam®.
