<br />Qy[itt Claim Attorney Graham reported that to carry out the agreement v-ith Rose-
<br />deed to ville, covering the old Rosetown Hall, dated Nov. 30, 1950,. a quit
<br />Roseville claim deed should be executed by the Mayor and the Village Clerk.
<br />Thereupon, Shavor moved adoption of the following resolution:
<br />RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Vi 11 age Clerk be and hereby
<br />are authorized to execute a quit claim deed for and on behalf of the
