Stewart, Clerk <br />Frank N. Graham, Attorney <br />Absent: Ralph Yan Hoven, Treasurer <br />The Mayor declared the hearing open at 8:00 P.M. No one appeared <br />before the Council. Henry then moved adoption of ORDINANCE N0.14, <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF ORDINANCE <br />Ordinance N0. 8. Seconded by Rekstad and the following vote taken and <br />No. 14 reported: <br />Ayes - Henry, Shavor, Rekstad, Stewart <br />Not voting - Lindig <br />Thereupon, the Mayor declared said ordinance adopted by a 4~5 vote <br />and directed publication of same. <br />Hearing declared closed at 8:15 P.M. <br />~~ d~.__.~---'1 <br />Approved: erk <br />,~~ !,' <br />-_-~~~~ <br />Mayor <br />SPECIAL MEETING, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 1952 <br />Present: H. Graham, Attorney <br />Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.I. for the purpose of <br />considering posting of village streets against heavy loads. <br />Posting After discussion, and on motion by Rekstad, seconded by Shavor, <br />Roads the following resolution was adopted unanimously: <br />Resolution - RESOLVED, that Street Commissioner Seaborn be authorised to <br />post Village streets for 3-tons per axle load limit for such <br />period during soft road conditions as he deems necessary. <br />Ad~ourrurient: On motion, the meeting add ourned at 8:15 P.M. <br />Approve` ~~ !
