Rekstad moved, henry seconded, <br />that application of Mr. Norrgard be approved. Carried <br />unanimously. <br />Farmers Union Ytiith respect to the agreement between the Farmers Union Grain <br />Grain Terminal Terminal Association and the Village as to furnishing water <br />Assn. tiYater to the Village Mall and Nire Station. Graham, Attorney <br />The mayor called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.bi. <br />Following statement was presented by the Clerk as to the result of <br />the canvas of votes for election of officers for the Village of Falcon Heights <br />at the Annual Village Election of December 2, 1952: <br />For the Office of Village Clerk - <br />Clyde Stewart received 41 votes <br />For the Office of Village Trustee - <br />George I. Lodahl received 39 votes <br />For the Office of Justice of the Peace - <br />Lloyd V. Riley received 39 votes <br />For the Uffice of Village Constable <br />Stan Seaborn received 5 votes <br />'William O'Reilly received 3 votes <br />~. Raymond Roy received 2 votes <br />Jerry Baden received 1 vote <br />Henry Dachtera 1 vote <br />Vr'illiam Lindig 1 vote <br />Shavor then moved, seconded by Henry, that the following be declared elected <br />to office: <br />Clyde Stewart was elected Village Clerk for a term of two years <br />George I. Lodahl was elected Village Trustee for a term of three years. <br />
