It was then agreed , <br />, <br />to ask our attorney to <br /> draft the proposed ordinalce as revised for council consideration. <br />Auto Club Police Officer Henry Dachtera reported that the St Paul Customs Auto <br />Club will hold a meeting at the Village Hall, beginning at 7:30 PM., <br />(hot rodders) April l~, 1956. Dachtera said that Captain Zeamer of the Minnesota <br />Highway Patrol would be present, also Sheriff Gibbons and Don Arndt. <br />Purpose of the meeting, Dachtera said, was to show what the Auto <br />Club organization is and its interest in safe and courteous driving. <br />Council members and the Chairman of the Police Survey committee <br />were invited to attend. <br />Snow fence Mayor Utecht brot up the matter of placing snow fence at the <br />a.t drainage drainage hole, Snelling acid Idaho, so as to prevent small children <br />hole from falling into deep water which has accumulated there.
