The two agenda items we have need more time to prepare and <br />are postponed until May. Since there is no other business pending, we can all enjoy a <br />free spring evening! <br />The first item is the townhome plan review for the SE Corner. We don't have the plans <br />. yet and do not expect to have them in time for April 22. I will let you know what action <br />you need to take after you have a chance to look at the plans (which none of us have <br />seen), but I am fairly sure we do not need to hold a public heazmg. <br />The other item is a permit parking petition that was received from residents on Garden <br />Avenue in the Falcon Woods neighborhood north of City Hall. They are concerned about <br />University students and staff parking on their street on weekdays. City policy requires._a <br />planning study, a public hearing, recommendation by the Planning Commission and a <br />City Council vote. The study is in progress and will benefit greatly by the additional time <br />because we have extended it to the whole Gazden/Prior/Howell/Moore/Autumn circle. <br />You will receive a full report in your May packet. If you have any questions in the <br />meantime, please contact me.
