No. 97-02 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: 1 /8/97 <br />RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING <br />A PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1997 LINDIG STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the council on September 1 1, 1996 has been <br />prepared with reference to the 1997 Lindig Street and Storm Sewer improvement and was received by the <br />city on January 8, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible; <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br />• 1. The city council will consider the 1997 Lindig Street and Storm Sewer <br />improvement as described in the Feasibility Report and the assessment of the <br />property abutting this proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total <br />cost for the improvement of 596,000. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held before the city council on the proposed improvement <br />on the 12th day of February, 1997, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at Falcon Heights City <br />Hall. <br />3.
