U <br />No. 96-10 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: 9/1 1 /96 <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Lindig Street between the north line <br />of Larpenteur Avenue and the north end of Lindig Street by reconstructing the street <br />and storm drainage and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Falcon <br />Heights, Minnesota: <br />• That the proposed improvement be referred to MBA, Consulting <br />Engineers for study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all <br />convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the council this 11th day of September, 1996. <br />Moved by: Jacobs <br />GEHRZ 5 In Favor <br />GIBBON TALBOT <br />HUSTAD 0 Against <br />JACOBS <br />KUETTEL <br />Approved by: ~ ~~ . <br />Mayor <br />9/1 1 /96 <br />Date <br />Attested by: ~~`~L~. ~~:~'~ ~~-~.~-Y~, <br />City Clerk <br />9/11 /96 <br />Date <br />• <br />
