<br />RESOLUTION R-91-4 <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />S.A.P. 124-102-03 from Larpenteur Avenue to Garden Avenue in the <br />City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota. <br />This Resolution, passed the 23rd day of January, 1991, by the City <br />of Falcon Heights in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation <br />shall hereinafter be called the "City". WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 102 (Albert <br />Street) from Larpenteur Avenue to Garden Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds <br />on the improvement of this street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking <br />on both sides of the street according to Minnesota Department <br />of Transportation standards; and approval of the proposed <br />• construction as a Municipal State Aid Street Project must <br />therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That, the "City" shall ban parking of motor vehicles on one side <br />of MSAS 102 (Albert Street) from Larpenteur Avenue to Garden Avenue <br />at all times. <br />Dated this 23rd day of January, 1991. <br />City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota <br />Thomas Baldwin, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />/f <br />Shir ey G.
