No. CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N Date R-91-12 Feb. 27, 1991 A RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let (costs have been determined) for•the improvement of Albert Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Garden Avenue, Arona Street from Crawford Avenue to Roselawn Avenue, Fry Street, St. Mary's Street, Maple Knoll Drive, Garden Avenue from Fry Street to Snelling Avenue Frontage Road, by the City of Falcon Heights, and the contract (bid) price for such improvement is $693,576.66, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $183,959.30 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $877,535.96. NOW THEREFORE, BE I'I'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: 1. The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the city is hereby declared to be $436,493.54 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $441,042.42. • • 2. The City Administrator, with the assistance of the consulting City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the City office for public inspection. 3.
