R-88-.7 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />I • C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date April I3, 1988 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITImNAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />ESTABLISHING A PET STORE IN A B-2 RETAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights received an application dated March 1, 1988 <br />for the issuance of a conditional use permit to establish a dog/cat grooming <br />business to include pet supplies and selling of home raised small animals at <br />2539 North Hamline Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did carefully consider the request as well as the <br />recommendations made by the Planning Commission and held the required public <br />hearing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights that a conditional use permit for establishment of a pet store at <br />1539 North Hamline, subject to aI1 conditions referenced in the Zoning <br />Ordinance (Section 9-Z 0.01, Subd. 2(r)) that such operation shall not include <br />the boarding of pets on the site, the maintaining of pens or cages outside of <br />• the building or the operating so as to cause an offensive odor or noise. <br />Moved by <br />Yeas <br />Councilmember Ciernia <br />Nays <br />1/BALDWIN _ 5 in Favor <br />~CIERNIA. <br />vCfiENOWETH 0 Against <br />,/GIALLIN <br />~ ~U SH <br />Adopted by Council APri1 13, 1988 <br />Approved by1~~ ~~i~ _ <br />ayor <br />April 13, 1988 <br />Date <br />Attested b __ ~'~ ~ . <br />e A~aninistrator <br />April 13, 1988 <br />Date <br />
